Pratt kickstarted my comeback to a healthy lifestyle. After years of raising young kids through a pandemic, I fell behind in taking care of me. Getting started, Jon listened to my physical history and health goals. From there, he built a program for me...at the right pace. After 3 months, I lost 14 pounds and am now back on track. More importantly, I feel good when I look in the mirror. I am more creative at work, I'm a better father, husband and coach. And I no longer need 3 cups of coffee to get me through the day. Thanks to every member of the Pratt team for going above and beyond. Everything you do is first class. If you are someone that has fallen behind and you are looking to make your comeback, Pratt is the place to be.

I have been a member of PPT for 3 years and this is the most consistent I have ever been at a gym. They have been able to accommodate certain exercises based on a past injury I've dealt with if something doesn't feel right. It is not at all an intimidating environment, and the trainers make every day a positive experience. I never felt like I got anything out of other gyms - here I have trainers who put together a program specifically for me and know how to push me so that I see progress in all the work I'm doing, where I would never push myself working out on my own. I'm happy I finally have a great fitness routine at place where I actually enjoy working out!

I’ve always been active with outdoor sports and leisure activities, but my biggest challenge was I felt like everything started breaking after I turned 40. I struggled with sports injuries that resurfaced - pain in my knees, back and right shoulder. I also have a family history of heart disease, hypertension, and diabetes. This was the time to start taking control and solve some of my pain and prevent potential future health conditions. After starting Pratt a little over 4 years ago, I’ve really felt the best I’ve felt in a long time. My shoulder and back pain has been relieved and don’t have knee issues while skiing any more. I’ve increased my strength, energy and overall endurance. I’ve noticed a lot more confidence with challenging physical activities. I’ve lowered my stress levels and mood has more been consistent. Thankfully, I’ve also managed to reduce my medication for high blood pressure. I’ve tried other workout routines and high intensity classes, but I felt like the “coaches” were more like motivational speakers and didn’t focus on proper form and execution of exercise, which could lead to injury. The staff at Pratt are very knowledgeable and understand body mechanics, they are true personal trainers. There’re personable, relatable, sharing their journeys, motivate and instill confidence, pushing you when the time is right. I really like the atmosphere; you’re there to work but can also have fun while doing it. In general, the Pratt program is very special and unique. It’s custom tailored to YOU, your body, challenges, fitness level and personal goals. I’m competing with myself, to become a better overall healthy person.

I have been a member for about 2 years and couldn’t be happier. I participate in Burn and Pratt sessions and can only offer positive reviews about all the trainers. I work out for not only my physical health but my mental well-being. The entire Pratt team helps me meet my goals. What I love about the team and the program: 1. Trainers are professional, friendly, and motivating 2. The trainers ensure exercises are done correctly 3. Modifications to my program when I was injured (not at the gym!) and continued monitoring for safety while exercising. 4. Giving back to the community from clothes drives to fundraisers 5. Fun events for members throughout the year 6. Did I mention the programs and trainers are motivating???? Thank you Pratt Team!

Special shout out to Coach Sidney. She always seems to know exactly the motivation and daily goals I need to get through each exercise. Her support is priceless to me. I was out sick for two weeks so getting back into any routine is always tough. The trainers held me accountable each and every single day and encouraged me to keep working hard and helped to keep me out of my own head. PPT has been such an amazing journey for me both physically and emotionally. I’ve been to so many gyms and this is the final stop.

I’ve been a member at Pratt Performance for almost three years. Before Pratt I did numerous amounts of group classes and at home workouts but nothing beats the personal attention that Pratt performance offers. I’ve noticed a significant change in strength and the way I feel since starting here. About a year ago I was suffering from an injury. With careful and personalized exercise selection I was able to recover and feel stronger than before. The personal attention is like no where else, taking into consideration your needs and wants. I would highly recommend Pratt performance if your looking to take exercising to the next level and become the best physical version of you.

I’ve been training with Pratt Personal Training for several years. It’s been great to see the gym evolve — clients, equipment, trainers over the years. However, they have always maintained personal client service and relationships. The trainers listen to your goals and challenge you. I’ve worked through nagging muscle pain and rehab at both a personal training and semi-personal training capacity, and recently started Burn classes too! The trainers take pride in supporting your personal goals - whether it’s adding some “flair” to basic exercises, pushing weights, or doing your first pull-up!

I love PPT!!! I joined PPT in September of 2021 after falling into a workout rut; my workouts were uninspired and I was just going through the motions. I was hesitant to set up my evaluation as PPT is 20 minutes from my home but was nudged into action by a few friends that were considering joining as well. I am so grateful for that nudge. From the first day PPT has had a tremendous positive impact on my energy and mood. I thoroughly enjoy the workouts and evolution of my programs. And the trainers are all fantastic providing great knowledge, encouragement and guidance on program tweaks to address periodic limitations or desired areas of increased focus. Since joining PPT I am out of my rut, feel fantastic, have increased my strength and muscle mass while having met a lot of great new people. My only regret is not having joined sooner!

I have been going to PPT for a little over 3 years. Prior to starting PPT I spent 3 years at a cardio based program to lose weight. Making the switch has been the best decision I’ve made. The individualized programs have helped me maintain my weight loss, and increase my strength. There is always something new and challenging in each program that keeps the workouts interesting. I have also been dealing with minor injuries recently, and the programming has been extremely helpful in keeping me as pain free as possible. I can’t express enough how big of an influence this program and the staff has had on my daily routine. Every trainer is extremely motivating and personable. I can’t think of a group of people that I would rather see on a daily basis.
